Step 1

Personal introduction

One of our rental agents will visit you for an introductory rental advice session. The agent inspects the property and provides you with a realistic and honest valuation. We will discuss everything related to property rental and ensure that everything is documented before we create the listing.

Step 2

Personalized rental advice

After our initial visit, we provide you with detailed advice based on what we have discussed during our meeting. You will gain insights into the market-based rental price, important terms and conditions, and current regulations.

Step 3

Presentation and promotion

We handle the presentation of your property. We promote your property on all our platforms, including Funda, our website, and social media. A 'For Rent' sign from us and an advertisement in our shop window are also part of the presentation.

Step 4

Scheduling and hosting the viewings

We take care of property viewings for you. In advance, we discuss when viewings will take place. We ensure prompt feedback and provide interim updates where needed.

Step 5

Contract administration

We ensure that you can fulfill all your duties as a landlord. Before we proceed with the rental agreement, we conduct a comprehensive tenant screening. After approval of this check, we draft the agreement in accordance with current regulations. It is subsequently signed by both parties.

Step 6

Inspection

At the start of the rental term, we create a comprehensive inspection report. This ensures that the property is handed back in a similar condition at the end of the tenancy. If any issues arise, we can always provide advice.
