What to expect when you work with us

One of our real estate agents will visit you at the property for an introductory consultation. Our agent will thoroughly inspect your property and provide you with a realistic and honest valuation. You will receive a comprehensive quotation from us after the appointment.

Step 2

Presentation of your property

We arrange for professional images of your property, a complete description and brochure for the presentation of your property, free of charge to you. In the current housing market, it is essential to launch the listing in the best possible way.

Step 3

Promotion of your property

Your property will be featured on all our platforms, including Funda, our website, and social media. A 'For Sale' sign from Frans Spendel Makelaardij and an advertisement in our shop window are also part of the exposure. There is only one chance for a first impression!

Step 4

Scheduling viewings

We take care of scheduling and hosting viewings for you. In advance, we discuss when the viewings will take place. We find it crucial to schedule personalized viewings so that everyone has the opportunity to see the property. This way, we can provide our services effectively. Afterward, we ensure prompt feedback to you.

Step 5

Negotiating with the buyer

With our negotiation methods, we aim for the best possible deal for you as our client. This is an exciting phase where we keep you well-informed. Negotiations are conducted for, and in consultation with, you.

Step 6

Drafting the sales agreement

We prepare the sales agreement according to NVM standards. The agreements made in the verbal agreement are documented in a written contract. We go through the contract with you and explain the legal terms in understandable and possibly translated language.

Step 7

Transfer of keys at the notary

The buyer will choose the notary for the deed transfer. We will accompany you during the process at the notary's office, and we verify the notarial documents. Before signing the transfer deed at the notary's office, we inspect the property together with you and the buyers. After the inspection, we proceed to the notary’s office.
